SDV & PARTNERS has been selected to support the prestigious Italian chain DoveVivo in its launch in Spain. DoveVivo is recognized as the first and largest coliving company in Europe.

The new coliving facility is located in a four-story, 1,650 m2 listed building at 11 San Lorenzo Street in the bustling Malasaña area of ​​Madrid. The services provided by SDV & PARTNERS have focused on Design & Build and the comprehensive fit-out of the center.

This new coliving facility consists of 44 rooms spread over two floors and a large penthouse with two terraces on the top floor, a study room, The Box (a yoga and multipurpose room), a dining area, an industrial-style shared kitchen, a reception area, a spacious living room divided into a coworking area by a large window, and a multi-purpose room that serves as a meeting and recreation area for colivers.

In this way, SDV & PARTNERS makes a grand entrance into a sector with significant growth prospects nationwide, joining the European leader in its new venture to conquer the Spanish market.
