SDV & PARTNERS was selected to build the first coworking center in Spain for the firm Spaces, part of the IWG group. This project included the design and construction of 365 workstations, six fully equipped meeting rooms, and an 800 m2 open-plan coworking space, including a spacious cafeteria and lounge/recreation areas.

SDV & PARTNERS managed all phases of the project, from site assessment to completion, delivering a fully operational center.
