SDV & PARTNERS was selected to carry out this large Spaces project located in the lively and modern Prosperidad area of ​​Madrid.

This iconic six-story building features 3,006 m2 of offices, including two private coworking areas, two meeting rooms fully equipped with the latest technology, and on the first floor, a large open space with various flexible work areas, a cafeteria, and break/leisure areas with a foosball table and ping pong table.

A space completely conceived and designed to achieve the best possible work environment.

It’s worth noting that Spaces María de Molina was the first SDV & PARTNERS project developed entirely in BIM (Building Information Modeling) format.
