SDV & PARTNERS was selected to build the largest coworking center in Madrid, which includes 150 private offices, five meeting rooms fully equipped with the latest technology, and a 700 m2 open-plan coworking space.

The scope of the project includes the design, construction, and management of all phases of the project, from site assessment to fit-out and final delivery of the center, with fully operational offices.
