SDV & PARTNERS has been selected to carry out the Refurbishment of the first Coliving of the Italian brand DoveVivo in Spain. DoveVivo is recognized as the first and largest coliving company in Europe.
The new coliving is located in a four plans protected building with 1,600 sqm of San Lorenzo Street Nº11, in the busy area of Malasaña, Madrid. The services provided by SDV & PARTNERS was Design & Build.
This amazing residence has 44 private rooms distributed in two floors and a large Penthouse with two terraces. In the first floor you will find a friendly double heigth reception and a pleasant living room full of warm colors and textures, with a big table for coworking proposes. In second floor, this center has a quiet study place and a Yoga/multipropose room (The Box), also has a dinning area and next to it a beautiful industrial style common kitchen.
