SDV & Partners has been awarded to build the first Spaces in Bilbao. The building is located in the historic center of the city.
Spaces Abando is distributed in a 10-story building. It has a 20 pax training room on the basement level, on the ground floor is the main access to the building, with a modern reception and a small social area with an exterior view to the street. From the first to the sixth floor, the private offices with differents distributions and characteristics. Finally, the seventh and eighth floors include the Business Club area: the Cafeteria, the coworking area where users can work and meet, a phone booth for private calls, recreation and games zones, two large terraces with awesome views to the centre, and two meeting rooms fully equipped with the latest technology.
The design of this wonderful bussiness centre fulfill the standards of the brand Spaces by IWG plc. selecting cozy materials and finishes that make the spacers feel like home.
