Spaces Torre Llevant,

SDV & PARTNERS carried out the Design & Build services for the new Spaces Torre Llevant, located in the heart of Barcelona’s 22@ district. With a total area of 2,000 m², this state-of-the-art coworking hub redefines the concept of flexible office spaces in the city.

The center offers 75 private offices with a total capacity of 300 workstations, along with three fully equipped meeting rooms. To complement these, it also features two office pantries for everyday convenience and an impressive Business Club, designed as the central hub of the space. The Business Club encourages networking, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas, fully reflecting the collaborative spirit of the Spaces brand.
